Booking Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply in relation to contracts written by MINIVANGRUP BCN SL, as agent for the provider transfers between the departure points and destinations specified in the written confirmation issued by Minivangrup.com, which is the trade name MinivanGrup Bcn.

MINIVANGRUP BCN SL

MINIVANGRUP BCN SL is a company registered in Barcelona, ​​whose registered office is established in C / Llull, 10-14 esc A, 4 º 1 ª Barcelona. The tax registration number of the company is B-64454093.

BCN SL MINIVANGRUP acts at all times, as an authorized agent of the supplier named on the written confirmation issued by Minivangrup bcn sl. The terms and conditions applicable to the contract are those of the supplier and a copy of these terms will be provided upon request.

Passenger Status / s and their agents

The buyer of transport services specified in the written confirmation is the other part of the contract with the nominee. If the contract is issued by an agent or anyone acting on behalf of the passenger whose name is on the written confirmation, then this agent or any person acting as agent for the passenger.

Booking and payment

Reservations can be made online (www.minivangrup.com) or by phone. When two or more persons on the same reservation, the person making the booking ("the name holder) is deemed to have been made to both or all members of the group and he or she accepts these terms and conditions provider designated by you and that each member of the group.

It requires full payment upon reservation. If a child seat is not available, children over three may travel while wearing an adult seat belt. Children under three years can be transported without being restrained by a safety device while traveling in the rear of the vehicle

Lower price

Shuttles: Children under two travel free on shuttles while sitting on the lap of an adult passenger. If a child under two years require a seat will have to pay the price for an adult. Children older than two years must be reserved a seat at regular price for the shuttle.

We ask all passengers traveling with a wheelchair to alert Minivangrup Bcn at the time of booking. This is vital to ensure that the vehicle is suitable and available to facilitate your requirements

Taxis and private transfers (with the exception of private bus transfers): All infants and children count as occupants of the vehicle, regardless of age, and should be included in the total number of passengers per reservation. If you child requires a car seat for your child, we recommend that you will bring your own car seat due to the variation in quality and availability of these as destinations. In some areas we can request a child seat at your destination. If the transport provider can provide a child seat fee applies.

Wheelchairs We ask all passengers traveling with a wheelchair to alert Minivangrup Bcn at the time of booking. This is vital to ensure that the vehicle is suitable and available to facilitate your specific requirements. We need to know if wheelchairs are folding, manual or include battery and / or motor. This policy also applies to electric scooters for the disabled.

Changes in Reserves

The reserve changes flight numbers, flight time, hotel name changes or address and phone number can be made through our email reservas@minivangrup.com up to 1 day before the departure date.

The reserve changes for changes in return dates, holiday destination, number of passengers or vehicle capacity should be modified through email reservas@minivangrup.com a fee of EUR 12 per reservation for bookings 1 day before the first departure date. If the modification results in increased costs, it must be borne by the customer at the time of application. Cancellation

If cancellation is made within 1 day before the departure date will be no charge, otherwise there will be any payment.

Last minute reservations

Reservations can be made 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours on selected routes) and the above terms apply despite the booking date. Bookings made within 24 hours will have an additional charge of 12 Euros.

Baggage allowance and declaration

All baggage must be labeled clearly with the owner's name and address of the destination. Each passenger indicated on the confirmation document is entitled to carry on the relevant transfers up to two items of baggage (ie one suitcase and one carry-on). If a passenger needs to carry more luggage than allowed (skis, golf equipment, snowboards, wheelchairs, electric scooters for the disabled, etc..) Must report at the time of making the reservation. MinivanGrup BCN has the right to charge a fee for excess baggage which must be paid prior to shipment, or forfeit the transport of goods in excess.

Transportation conditions

The designated provider, their drivers and staff assigned, including MINIVANGRUP BCN SL reserve the right to refuse carriage of any person who is, or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and / or whose behavior is considered a threat against the security of driver, vehicle or other passengers. In these circumstances, there will be no payment

No alcohol is allowed inside any of our vehicles. Smoking is not permitted. All vehicles used by MinivanGrup Bcn are insured for passenger and third party claims under local law. The passenger's luggage, however, is transported to the passenger's risk and does not accept any liability for loss or damage to the supplier designated by MinivanGrup Bcn. MINIVANGRUP BCN SL accepts no liability for any costs or management of returning the items to you

While all reasonable steps will be applied by the supplier, there is no guarantee that the vehicle arrives in time to start the rental period, not to reach its destination on time. Neither the supplier nor MINIVANGRUP designated BCN SL incur any liability for such delay.

MINIVANGRUP BCN SL and our suppliers in overseas make every effort to monitor for any flight delays affecting arrival transfer. While all efforts are applied in monitoring these situations please be advised MinivanGrup BCN any change in the estimated time of arrival if available (and if practicable) so that services can be reprogrammed. Customers of a shipment that are shared with a flight delay will usually reassigned to the next service to your vacation destination subject to availability

If the arrival flight is diverted, suggest that you contact NCB MinivanGrup our designated provider through phone numbers provided. While all efforts are made to address such changes, you can apply an additional charge.

Transportation through a shuttle transfer will be to and from, destinations which properties are registered with the Office of Tourism stated above unless otherwise agreed. Customers with pre-reserved private transfers must provide full address details to manage the reserve.

As agents of the designated provider, MINIVANGRUP BCN SL accepts no liability for failure of the supplier appointed to fulfill the contract or any incident related to the contract.

However we will do everything we can to ensure that shipments are made under the contract. BCN MinivanGrup accepts no responsibility for any difficulty or service failure if clients are not in possession of appropriate documents that describe our arrival and departure procedures at the time of travel. Do not remember any payment or compensation claims due to any failure if passengers do not follow these procedures.

Our nominated local supplier will make all efforts to carry passengers for shuttle transfer with minimal discomfort and inconvenience to the specified destination while your destination is a hotel, apartment registered with the Tourist Office or other building with a full address and registered Department of Tourism. However, circumstances beyond our control may prevent carrying out this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances that are not within our control.

  • accidents causing delays to the vehicle
  • exceptional or extreme weather
  • compliance requirements of the police
  • accidents and / or fatal road accidents
  • vandalism and terrorism
  • unforeseen traffic jams
  • third industrial action
  • problems caused by other customers
  • other circumstances which may affect passenger safety
  • streets closed off due to local festivals and other events
  • buildings are not accessible to the type of service booked

In extreme cases the local provider or designee may stop picking up passengers at a collection point outside the home property if access to it can cause an unreasonable delay or inconvenience to other passengers.

If the designated provider for any reason within their / our control, fails to bring passengers to their confirmed destination, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement. Any reimbursement by MinivanGrup BCN for the cost of an alternative form of transport incurred by the passenger to reach his destination confirmed not exceed the cost to reach that destination by taxi.

IN CASE OF A CLAIM

BCN MinivanGrup seriously consider all issues related to customer service. If you are dissatisfied with any element of service provided, please get in touch with MinivanGrup BCN within 28 days from the date of shipment for any incident can be ascertained. We use all our efforts to resolve the complaints received in writing within 28 days if possible.

Interpretation and application of these terms

The terms of implementing the contract between the provider and the name holder and his group are the supplier, a copy of which is available upon request. In case of conflict between these terms and the supplier, then apply the latter.
